C.K. Jones Developers is a family-owned and operated custom home builder founded by Dennis H. Walker and grandson Cody K. Jones. Dennis has owned several businesses in the Tyler, Texas area including Walker & Associates Surveying as well as Walker & Associates Construction. Cody has worked alongside his grandfather for the last 12 years. Cody is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Science and has worked as a project engineer in the construction industry since 2018.
